What I ate day 3

half a cup (dry) steel cut oats with some salt, whole milk, wheat germ, and a bunch of frozen mango (I ate most of this and later burned the rest trying to reheat it on the stove)
2 eggs fried in butter, 2 pieces of tj's flourless wheat berry bread, a bit of parmesan, brigg's liquid amino's, pepper, cajun seasoning
jack's cheese pizza - the entire thing
6 or 7? kemp's vanilla ice cream sandwiches
i can't remember what else...
